Breeding Shows

We regulary host breeding shows with respectable and well recognized AKC-judges from the USA, judging competently in compliance with the original American breeding standard of the AKC (American Kennel Club). Usually on the last Sunday of August.

European Winner Show 2022

 

Judge is Judith A. Pitt of the AKC (American Kennel Club)

The event takes place on Sunday 28th August in D-69254 Malsch, Kahlbachring 11.

Many thanks to the association of Dog Friends VdH Malsch e.V., to provide us their area!

 

Judging regulations will be according to the Original American Breed Standard of the AKC (American Kennel Club).

Roughs and Smooths will be judged!

 

 Should there be many reports in the Open Class, we will for the first time divide the open class (at least by the Roughs) after color strokes:

Open Sable - for all sable-colored Collies incl. Sable Merle

Open Trico - for all tricolor-colored Collies incl. Blue Merle

Open White - for all White Collies  (incl. Harlequin)

 

By to few registrations in single classes below 18 months, there may be a merging of neighbouring age-classes.

 

Necessarily applies to all visitors and exhibitors:

Every dog (also visitor dogs) must carry its vaccination certificate with valid rabies vaccination (at least 21 days and not be longer than 1-3 years, depending on the specitications of the vaccine manufacturer, which must be deposited in the vaccination certificate), to get access! And all dogs on the Show area must have a liability insurance!

 

During this public event, photos will be taken, which will later be made public, e.g. on our club homepage and on Facebook!

 

We will begin judging at 10:00 a.m., while we start with the youngest participants. Admission from 9:00 a.m..
